Asset Management Company (AMC) is a company whose exclusive activity is management of special funds in accordance with the investment declaration. AMC conducts its operations planning the accumulation of funds and taking into account financial market trends.
Investing investors’ money from the funds into attractive objects (real estate, securities, land, bank deposits, etc.), AMC solves the issues of profitability and reliability of the investments more effectively.
Exim-Capital is a professional stock market and financial services operator. It provides the following services:
- creation of collective investment institutions (unit and corporate funds);
- asset management of collective investment institutions;
- search for companies for the strategic investment;
- structuring the financing of investment projects;
- investment consulting.
The Company was established in February 2006 by legal entities which are residents of Ukraine. Main purpose was to provide special stock market services — asset management of collective investment institutions (unit and corporate funds), with the perspective to provide asset management services of non-governmental pension funds in the future.
PJSC Ukreximbank used to be a minority shareholder of Exim-Capital. At the end of 2010 its share was bought out by the management of the Company.
The Company’s clients are both direct investors — investment fund participants and companies which implement investment projects and need a mechanism for financing these projects.
Exim-Capital helped to attract USD 13.3 million for the automobile plant Bogdan through a sale of 3.85% of its shares.
Currently the Company manages two venture capital funds with the total volume of emission — UAH 60 million.
Exim-Capital managed unit fund Agat, established on 05/31/06 and closed in 2009. The main investor of the fund was JSC Ukreximbank. At the time of closing value of fund’s net assets value amounted to UAH 97 million.
