History

Exim-Capital — a professional asset management company for investment funds, both joint and corporative. The company was founded in February 2006 after creating a charter fund of € 465ths and forming required certified team, acquisition of membership in Ukrainian Investment business association the company has received an asset management license of the State Commission on Stocks and Stock Exchange on the sixth of April 2006. After the license acquiring procedure the company has created and registered its first investment fund Agat on 31st of May 2006. The fund controlled by Exim-Capital had a planned certificate issuing value of UAH 150m. Exim-Capital is currently managing Agat and is conducting work on developing other objects. The company plans creating new investment funds services range extension (achieving a license for non-governmental pension funds’ asset management), increasing number of clients, interested in investment project realization and clients, interested in receiving investments.
