Agat investment fund

Agat is non-diversified joint investment fund founded by Exim-Capital and registered in the state register of joint financing institutions № 232381 on 31.05.2006. Agat joint investment fund was founded in order to attract the investment capital for Ukrainian issuers' stocks activities and receiving profit of joint investment activities, providing investment profit stability. Agat was created as a non-diversified joint investment fun for 3 years.

The total value of estimated capital attraction of UAH 150m.
Investment certificate nominal of UAH 10ths.
The total certificate quantity — 15 000.
Non-documentary form of issuing.

The fund assets are invested in the following directions: Ukrainian legal entities' stocks and bonds and bank deposits. The fund provides its investment activities taking into consideration the Ukrainian legal regulations.

Addition

Joint investment fund is not a legal entity. It is created and controlled by asset management company. The fund attracts investors' capital by issuing the investment certificates. Natural persons can also participate in certain types of joint investment funds.
