Little, KPMG, Haarmann Hemmelrath & Partner. In 2010-2011 he was previously employed as Deputy Chairman of the Board «RODOVID BANK» in corporate business. Hennadii graduated from Munich University, economics faculty (Dipl.-Oec.).

12 years of banking sector and financial consulting experience. Igor works for EXIM Group since 2008. Prior to that he managed the Project Finance Department at Raiffeisen Bank Aval. Igor also attracted financing for several large investment projects in Ukraine as an independent advisor. In 2006-2007 advised the Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine on the issues of international credits and infrastructure project finance. In 1999 -2005 he worked at the Project Finance Department of HVB Group in Moscow and in Corporate Banking and Strategy Department of HVB Group in Munich. Graduated from the Economics and Management faculty of the Munich University.

5 years of investment banking experience. Sofiya works for EXIM Group since 2010. Prior to that she was employed by the investment-banking companies SARS Capital and Aval Brok. Sofiya took part in M&A deals in the banking, metallurgy, telecom, pharmaceutical and other industries. She got Master of Arts degree in Economics from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” (EERC), diploma with honor.

6 years of investment banking experience. Joined Exim Group in 2011. Prior to that he worked in corporate finance department at KINTO Asset Management, the last three years as the Deputy Head of department. Participated and organized M&A deals in such sectors as textiles & clothing, engineering and construction. He also managed projects in pharmaceuticals (both production and retail segments), production of construction materials, logistics, food sector, retail and other. In 2011 Kostyantyn has successfully passed Level 1 CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Exam. He graduated from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, obtained MA degree in Finance (diploma with honors).

4 years of asset management experience. Anatoliy works for EXIM Group since 2007. Prior to that he had internships at S&A Produce (Great Britain), Jone Wiig and Wiig Tone Lise Bjelland (Norway). Anatoliy has experience of maintaining records for asset management companies and funds, forming portfolios of the investment funds, portfolio management. He got Master of Arts degree in Finance from the National Agricultural University, diploma with honor.

1 year of investment banking experience. Oksana works for EXIM Group since 2010. She got Master of Arts degree in foreign business management from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, diploma with honor. Oksana also graduated from the National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine, obtained degree with honor in law. She studied logistics at Vienna University of Economics and Business.

7 years of experience in legal consulting and legal coverage. Nataliya works for EXIM Group since 2008. Prior to that she worked at the legal company Amsterdam. She has experience of establishing all types of legal entities, banks formation and reorganization, legal support of securities and corporate rights sale transactions. Nataliya has higher legal education.
