Autonomous investment — part of real investment that depends on factors of production exceptionally and does not depend on GDP.

Accounting investment rentability
Accounting investment rentability — investment project rentability indicator. Is calculated as average annual income after taxation divided by average annual investment value.
Gross internal investment
Gross internal investment — macroeconomic indicator; total value of expenses on capital depreciation and development of the country plus/minus goods stock on warehouses change. Gross internal investment is measured in cash or in percentage to GDP. Gross internal investment is partly determined by goods internal savings.
Gross internal private investment

Guaranteed risk — probability of the situation in which the newly acquired stocks will not find a buyer or decline in value before being sold.
Hot cash
Hot cash — large amount of speculation capital moving on the world market in search for most secure and profitable commercial propositions. Such capitals are most commonly invested into short-period projects in order to achieve profits fastly.
Capital flow
Capital flow — currency flows between countries or or domestic currency flow inside the country. It reflects the investments into assets, stocks and credits.
Investments into non-produced assets
Investments into assets that emerge without production process: natural assets (land, natural resources, natural biological resources, water resources) and non-produced non-material assets (stocks, documents), that emerge due to production process and can be transferred between entities.
Investment into main capital
Capital, directed on main assets increase or modernization.
Investments into produced assets
Investments into main assets, turnover connected material asset stock and into valuables (precious stones and metals, jewelry, antiques).
Portfolio investments
Stocks and bonds acquisition aimed on long term owning.
Direct investments
Investments into production: company acquisition, extension or reorganization. Operations connected to establishing control over companies are also referred to direct investments.
Net investments
Total investment value minus main asset depreciation.
Closed joint investment fund
Closed joint investment fund — the investment fund that issues its stocks only once. Stocks are being traded on stock exchange or out of it on a price, exceeding main asset value.
Risk category
Risk category — group of investment project with approximately the same risk value.
Capital market line
Capital market line — a line’ every point of which is estimated by correlation between non-risk asset and a market portfolio.
Income on investment
Value equal to goods income after taxation, divided by investment capital minus investment debt.
Balanced portfolio
Balanced portfolio — stock portfolio, which provides the optimal combination of capital security, profitability and liquidity.
Balanced fund
Balanced fund — a joint fund, the portfolio of which is diversified by investment into different financial instruments (privileged stocks and bonds) in a certain proportion.
Average capital value
Average capital value — expected level of company owned stock income. Is basically the indicator of investment fund minimal guaranteed income.
Asset management company
Asset management company — the company that invests the minor investors’ capital into stocks due to declared investment aim.
Joint fund holder
Joint fund holder — bank, trust company or another financial establishment, deposing the joint fund stocks. Joint fund holder transfers the fund capital according to investment manager’s commands, gathers profits and dividends of the fund, provides cash flow reports for evaluating the fund net assets.
Cyclic stocks
Cyclic stocks — stocks of the companies, which evaluate their income in strict correlation to business cycles. If the circumstances are appropriate, the company income and stock quotation escalade fast. If the business situation is becoming worse the income and quotation decline fast.
Net remaining cost
Net remaining cost — net cash flow for stopping project after taxation.
Effective portfolio
Effective portfolio — a portfolio, providing the highest profit at needed risk rate or the lowest risk portfolio at needed rate of income.
